  • Reports will not be released until the investigation has been completed, reviewed by a supervisor, and approved by the Chief of Police. This generally takes a minimum of seven (7) days.
  • Specific exemptions may apply for some records that cannot be released to protect personal privacy and public safety; Therefore, your request may be denied, or some information may be redacted.
  • If your requested report is a police officer investigated motor vehicle accident report, your Operator’s report must be on file with us before your police report is available.
