The Northborough Police Department offers families the opportunity to tell us about a loved one who may need extra care. Our Persons-At-Risk Registration Program is a voluntary and confidential registry that helps first responders (police, fire, EMS) better assist individuals who may be at increased risk during emergencies.
The program is open to children and adults with autism, dementia or Alzheimer’s, developmental disabilities, neurodivergent conditions, mental health challenges, or other conditions that may affect communication, behavior, or safety.
By registering a loved one, families can share important details such as a photo, medical needs, emergency contacts, and calming strategies helping ensure a safer and more informed response during emergencies.
